Jenna Quint, the Coordinator for JACS’ Courage 2 Change program, works with other members of the clinical team to help improve mental health and wellness on university campuses across Canada. Jenna hosts mental health weekends and provides counselling help to students in need further support. Jenna has diverse interests and is passionate about a range of topics within mental health, including pathology, substance use disorders, and trauma/intergenerational trauma.
Jenna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She was formerly placed on the CMHA Crisis Team where she attended live mental health police calls alongside the Peel Regional Police. She comes to JACS with almost a decade of digital marketing and health strategy experience but decided to make a career change in 2019 as part of her own journey with mental health.
Jenna is passionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing all people with the support that they need to overcome mental health challenges. She is always looking for solutions to problems big and small and plans to use therapy to empower people to live healthy and productive lives, whatever that means for them.
