Aliza has her Master’s in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work. She interned at Jewish Family and Child where she counselled clients suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and other mental health challenges. Aliza also has her Bachelor’s in Special Education and has experience working with children. Aliza has experience in CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing and is passionate about continuing to learn and expand her skillset. Aliza also has strong communication and organizational skills from her years of volunteer work in the Toronto community and she uses those skills in her counselling work as she strives to help each client achieve his or her goals.
