The primary focus of JACS Toronto’s work is helping people cope with their addiction issues through a variety of methods such as one-on-one counselling sessions, group therapy sessions focused around recovery topics like relapse prevention techniques or coping skills building exercises as well as offering educational workshops about drug safety topics like safe injection practices or naloxone training programs which teach how to recognize signs of opioid overdose so users can act quickly if needed when witnessing someone else experiencing an overdose event.

JACS Toronto also helps connect those affected by overdoses in Kingston, Ontario access other supports they may need including housing assistance programs from social service agencies located throughout the city; referrals for mental health care providers; connecting them into detoxification centers when necessary; providing information about legal options available should criminal charges be laid due to possession/use related offences etc..
