Trauma is more than psychological. It’s physical. Trauma rewires the nervous system, causing people to feel stuck in an exhausting state of fight, flight or freeze. Mindful movement can help release that stored energy and re-establish the mind-body connection. This group is designed to help participants soothe their anxiety and allow them to engage in the present moment by tuning in to their bodies.
Join us every Monday for a lunchtime ZOOM Trauma-informed Yoga session. This group runs from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
