There is no right way to meditate, the only way to meditate incorrectly is not to meditate at all. Join us every morning on Zoom at 10:00am, for a 20-minute meditation – It is the only computer time you won’t regret. From mindful breathing to finding your spiritual centre; there’s an opportunity to be present.
