Courage 2 Change Group
The Courage 2 Change Group is designed as a shared place for post-secondary students to meet with others who may be dealing with similar issues they are having in different aspects of their lives. Drop in and bring a friend for a mental health check-in, where we will work together to strengthen your emotional and mental well-being. Learn DBT skills with mental health professionals in a supportive, judgment-free, and confidential environment.
