Join one of our free daily support groups
- Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 10:20am
Start your day off right, relax and recharge with our guided meditation led by David Kaufman.

- Sunday-Friday 11:00am - 12:00pm
An open support group for men working on their recovery.

- Tuesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm
A safe space for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals to discuss their issues surrounding substance use, compulsive behaviours, and related mental health issues.

- Monday 7:30pm - 9:00pm
A closed group for couples learning to navigate their relationship in recovery.

- Thursday 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Open to anyone who is concerned about someone in their life struggling with substance use and/or compulsive behaviours.

- Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
For 18-25 year-olds interested in investing in their mental health and well-being.

- Tuesday 8:00pm - 9:30pm
A professionally facilitated support group for religious women in the Jewish community who care about someone struggling with an addiction.

- Tuesday 8:30pm - 10:00pm
A safe space for women who are concerned about someone in their life struggling with addiction.

- Thursday 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Support for those who are thinking about changing their relationship with substances and compulsive behaviours.
